RATES and FURTHER INFORMATION

-  Our rates range from £80 - £150 per room per night depending on season.  From time to time we have special offers so please contact us for up to date rates.  PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR RATES INCLUDE THE SCOTTISH VISITOR TAX OF 5%.  

-  We are sorry but pets are not permitted.

-  Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children under the age of 15.

-  At least one guest must be over the age of 21.

-  All our rooms are non-smoking.

-  Check in is after 4 pm and check out is before 10.30 am.

-  A minimum stay of 3 nights during the month of August.

-  The price includes a Continental breakfast.  

A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to secure the booking.    

For bookings of 2 or more nights if a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival, only the first night's payment will be taken.

For bookings of 2 or more nights if a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival the full amount of the booking will be payable. 

Deposits can be made by Cash, bacs or card.  We accept Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard.
